Hey all!
Full transparency, since my YouTube channel was terminated my mindset towards making audios has been quite negative. The removal of my channel negatively affected my goals which had a knock-on effect towards my motivation. I thought I was fine, I tried seeing it as an opportunity for change - but I realise that I have had that channel for the majority of my adulthood. It was an outlet and a way for me to connect with viewers.
A part of me wants to stop making audios completely but another part of me wants to continue as before.
So, I am going to take a "fresh start approach". I did have some series' in the works which I won't be continuing. I may return or redo them in the future, but I want to essentially approach everything from this point on as a "new start".
Stress has always been a struggle of mine as I easily feel overwhelmed and suffocated when I have any responsibility or obligation. This among other things with my brain, can make working borderline impossible for me as I end up avoiding stressors.
